Once Diagnosed, Patient is evaluated, considering risk factors. Surgery Pros Cons will be discussed. Patient will be admitted in Tertiary setup Hospital and plan surgery will be done. Post surgery early recovery and prosthesis as early as guidance.

Wound Suturing

Suturing of Small Wound can done in Opd under Local Anaesthesia in the same visit

Bedsore

Bedsore or Pressure Ulcer is more common in bedridden or altered Mental status or comatose patients. Such kind of ulcer need extensive debridement, VAC dressing and Antibiotics. Patient needs to be admitted in Hospital, require Multidisciplinary Team Approach , which includes Surgeon, Physician, Nursing staff , Physiotherapist, Nutritionist and others .
