Once Diagnosed, Patient is evaluated, considering risk factors. Surgery Pros Cons will be discussed. Patient will be admitted in Tertiary setup Hospital and plan surgery will be done. Post surgery early recovery and prosthesis as early as guidance.

Suturing of Small Wound can done in Opd under Local Anaesthesia in the same visit

Bedsore or Pressure Ulcer is more common in bedridden or altered Mental status or comatose patients. Such kind of ulcer need extensive debridement, VAC dressing and Antibiotics. Patient needs to be admitted in Hospital, require Multidisciplinary Team Approach , which includes Surgeon, Physician, Nursing staff , Physiotherapist, Nutritionist and others .

Once the patient diagnosed Appendicitis, after getting fitness , Surgery is Planned. Surgery is done under Full body anesthesia. We do laparoscopic removal of appendix, however in difficult cases , we need to convert them into Open.

When patient is diagnosed with gall bladder stones, empyema, mucocele, cancer and CBD stone. We plan the procedure after obtaining fitness, admission in Hospital. Gall Bladder will be removed and if CBD contains stone we do ERCP first for stone removal + CBD Stenting , Surgery later .

Opd consultation and Examination. If surgery is advised we do Cautery or Harmonic or laser excision of piles.
